The legend of getting first job (part II)

Working with NIIT was one of the best period of my life. But life doesn't end here. NIIT send trip to fun-n-food gurgaon where i slipped thrice in a day on wet surface which raptures my ligaments. When i came back i had to take leave for 7 days. I cudn't help myself. In the meantime, i was recieving calls from different companies for corporate trainer.
I got offer from one of the company from pune as corporate trainer whose package was six times that of NIIT. I was quite elured by that offer. Despite of injury in leg i went to pune. The next day i was sent to hyderabad for conducting training.
Guys you won't believe which was first company of my life to conduct training?? Valuelabs. Which reject me of poor programming skills. I conduct this program exceptionally well. My company got business of 5 lacs within my 10 days of training. I was given incentive. Feeling top on the sky.
Second training was again in valuelabs. And i was booked for oracle, KPIT cummines. But i was admitted twice in hospital for ligaments injury. Ultimately i had to come back. That was only one month job. By then i realized luck plays important role here.
I came back & got operated in Nov2006. By the time i had realized that companies don't require good talent but average. Even they are scared of their positions.
When i was in IGNOU i had a gang of 4 guys who were exceptionally well. But as i told, people are scare of their positions we guys were rejected uncounted number of times. Now we enjoy on being rejected. Always thought another company is scared of us. But to survive i need job. So search is going on still.

Being qualified is different thing & to get job of your desire is another. Since i compeleted my post qualification i have come to know all the work done in IT is just because of "jugaad".
I got the first call from microsoft on 7th jan2005 from hyderabad. My interview lasts for 1hr 25 minutes. It was telephonic interview. Except one puzzle i gave answers to all questions. Interviewer ask me to write a program for quick sort & start reading. How ridiculous and absurd? But i did. No other option to abide. I was ask for puzzle again in the end. But couldn't get through that interview.
After that i got call from ICFAI university, hyderabad. Interview was quite satisfactory. I was given the post of Research Associate. I joined hyderabad head office.
Can you guys imagine what was the work we are supposed to do?? It was working on MS-Office!!!!! They are hiring technocrats for teaching ABCD of computers. I quit that first job after one month salary.
In the meantime i was interviewed in Valuelabs, hyderabad. But rejected b'coz of poor programming skills. Though i was brainbench certified. What a tragedy??
After which i start preparing for CAT 2005. This time i was not honest to myself. Preparing but with not full dedication. Again i lose.
Pressure was increasing day by day. I had to find a job to survive. Finally i applied in NIIT meerut. I got job within two days. This was the same NIIT where i was once refused to get job just because of my degree from IGNOU. Within a month i make myself belable for 2 semesters. In the meantime i assist NIIT ltd for placements. I was given additional role of conducting personality development program & mock interviews. I gain popularity in no time. People at NIIT ltd also came to know about me. In three months time i was able to take 3 semesters in NIIT. In short, i progress exponentially. I learn a lot from my peers too.
